```Duties```
- Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks
- Learn and develop skills in carpentry, electrical work, plastering, glass installation, concrete finishing, plumbing, and remodeling
- Follow instructions and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Use tools and equipment properly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interest in the construction industry
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced professionals
- Basic knowledge of construction materials and techniques is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Note: This is an apprenticeship position. No prior experience is required, but a strong desire to learn and develop skills in the construction industry is essential. Training will be provided on the job.
