• Ensure all cakes meet food safety standards and are prepared in compliance with health regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Assist in baking and preparing cake bases as needed, ensuring consistent quality in all products.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cake decorating or a related role within the food industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, and decorating equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed to meet business demands.
