Job Description
We are seeking Harvest Cellar Interns to join our team for the harvest season. As an intern, you will be involved in all aspects of crush activities and learn from our dynamic production team.
- Perform pumpovers, rack and return procedures
- Operate press and crush equipment
- Set up, clean up, and operate crusher/stemmer
- Perform white press clean up and channel flushing
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, learning from experienced professionals. You will be responsible for various tasks, including:
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Working varying shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays
