Job Description
We are seeking a Harvest Cellar Intern to join our team for the upcoming harvest season. As a member of our crush team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of harvest activities and learn from a highly motivated production team.
Your duties will include performing pumpovers, rack and return procedures, operating press and crush equipment, and participating in crusher/stemmer setup, clean up, and operation. You will also be responsible for white press clean up and channel flushing, as well as set up, loading, and pressing pomace discharge procedures.
