Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Technician at Cal-Am Properties, Inc. in Beaverton, OR. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, maintenance and repair, and industrial maintenance tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair skills
- Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Industrial Maintenance expertise
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in property maintenance is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
