PORTER
Responsible for various duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the common area amenities, including but not limited to clubhouse, fitness center, and pool. Exhibits excellent customer service and rapport with residents.

Compensation: $22.00 Hourly
Responsibilities
- Maintains facilities are kept clean, organized and in good repair; light housekeeping may be necessary.
- Refill and tidy clubhouse beverage service station.
- Clean community vehicles on a weekly basis and as needed.
- Check the bathrooms for cleanliness regularly. If necessary, restock toilet paper and/or other supplies.
- Assists in setting up mini models and ensuring units are clean and tidy for daily showings.
- Empty trash cans and doggy stations throughout the property.
- Work with maintenance supervisor to ensure resident service requests and concerns are handled in a timely manner.
- May complete chlorine check as scheduled and requested.
- Check the pool regularly for leaves and other debris. If debris is present in the pool, use the skimmer to remove it as soon as possible. Straighten and clean pool furniture as needed throughout the day.
- Check the level of the pool water periodically especially on extra hot days. If the water level is beneath regular levels, be sure to add water.
- Performs on-call emergency service, as required.
- Assists in setting up mini models and ensuring units are clean and tidy for daily showings.
- Work with maintenance supervisor to ensure resident service requests and concerns are handled in a timely manner.
- Walk ready units daily and use spiff kit as needed to maintain a clean unit.
- Maintains open communication with Property Manager.
- Represents Company in a professional manner at all times.
- Attends and participates in training seminars as requested.
- Assists other staff members as needed.
- Delivers various communications to residents as needed.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School or GED
- Minimum Experience: 1 Year
