Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to help us cultivate the thriving potential in the South Florida market.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you are the face of CAL Automotive. Your ability to foster relationships and procure new accounts through our proven sales process will determine the success and growth of the respective territory.

In this role you will lead revenue generation through the creation and execution of dynamic strategies that result in partnerships ranging in size from single-point locations to large, enterprise-level organizations.

This position requires excellent communication, qualification and organizational skills and is a client-facing role intended to establish your geographical market.

  • The representative for this role should reside in or near the Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach vicinity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through daily visits to automotive dealerships to present and promote CAL’s leasing program.
  • Communicate with dealerships via in-person visits, telephone calls, and emails to introduce the company and identify prospective new dealers within the target market.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of general economic conditions and trends that may affect the leasing program.
  • Assess and monitor competitors’ presence in the marketplace.
  • Identify and communicate dealers' needs to ensure quality service is provided.
  • Act as a liaison between dealership personnel and members of the CAL Automotive staff.
  • Identify, suggest, and implement growth opportunities and programs.
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of business development or B2B sales experience is required
  • Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and work independently
  • Must have strong sales and relationship management skills
  • Current Drivers License and satisfactory driving record
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary, Commission, and opportunity for Annual Bonus - Total Compensation is expected to meet or exceed $100,000 per year
