The coordinator will craft compelling stories, produce high-quality visual and written content, and maintain the organization’s social media presence and website to effectively communicate the impact of Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch. This role supports organizational communications and media efforts by developing engaging content for print media, digital publications, and marketing collateral. This position may also require occasional travel for events, on-site photography, and community engagement activities.
· A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
· A minimum of 5 years’ experience will be considered.
· Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content for various audiences.
· Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and photography equipment.
· Experience managing social media platforms and websites (WordPress or similar CMS experience preferred).
· Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and digital marketing best practices.
· Analytical skills with the ability to monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with teams.
· Creativity and attention to detail in both visual and written communications.
· Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven marketing and communications.
· Familiarity with video editing tools or multimedia production.
· Knowledge of photography best practices, including lighting and composition.
