What You’ll Do
Network Design & Maintenance
Install, maintain, and repair network communication systems, including fiber, CAT5 / 6, coaxial, and analog phone lines.
Assist in implementing security systems like cameras and access controls.
Support network-related projects and collaborate closely with the Systems Manager.
Technical Support
Respond promptly to technical support requests, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Maintain detailed records of troubleshooting efforts and solutions.
Equipment Setup & Oversight
Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware such as computers, printers, and scanners.
Monitor systems and access control programs to ensure optimal performance.
What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in CAT5 / 6 cabling installation and repair.
Basic understanding of fiber cabling (must obtain certification within one year).
Experience with computer setup, configuration, and hardware troubleshooting.
Familiarity with network systems and infrastructure (LAN, coaxial, etc.).
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
1 year of technical or customer support experience (or 3 years without a degree).
