Position Overview:
Cal Spas is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Front Desk Receptionist to provide a welcoming experience to our visitors and ensure smooth daily operations of our front office. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and efficient, with excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and welcome visitors in person or via telephone; answer general inquiries or direct them to the appropriate individual or department.
- Efficiently operate the switchboard, routing incoming calls accurately and professionally.
- Maintain accurate employee and department directories, guiding visitors accordingly.
- Ensure security protocols are followed by monitoring visitor logbooks and entry procedures.
- Operate and maintain telecommunication systems by following manufacturer's guidelines for house phones and switchboard console.
- Keep the reception area clean, safe, and organized by adhering to company procedures and safety regulations.
- Support continuity across teams by documenting, communicating, and reporting activities, irregularities, or any special needs.
- Contribute positively to the Cal Spas team, assisting with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
