LEEAF Program
Work Schedule : This is a full-time exempt position eligible for benefits. This is a grant-funded position whose budget has an expiration date and is subject to renewal upon availability of funding.
Essential Functions :
The LEEAF Senior Program Manager will be a primary staff support position for the LEEAF program, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring organization, efficiency, and impact across the diverse initiatives of the program. The Program Manager will work in collaboration with lead faculty of the LEEAF program and with LEEAF staff, alongside a diverse array of trainers and other partners. The position will be supported by all positions in the grant, but supervised mainly by PI in Sociology. Crucial to the position is the capacity to understand, track progress, and give targeted support across the wide range of partners involved in the program. In addition to contributing to the mission of LEEAF, the Program Manager will enjoy professional and personal development support in the form of mentorship, networking, and continuing education.
Responsibilities :
Though the work of the Program Manager may include additional projects assigned by supervisors, the main work falls into three categories :
Overall program management
- Serve as a member of the Executive Team, helping lead day-to-day strategic decisions & program execution
- Implement and develop the program model, coordinating the efforts of all partners to track progress, identify areas for growth, and maximize impact
- Serve as a leader for all trainers and program staff, conducting internal trainings where appropriate, monitoring progress, and ensuring coherence across program
- Ensure your own sustainability by communicating needs to the full team - including creating a professional development plan - and leveraging support to ensure a positive work experience

Qualifications - Requirements
The incumbent must demonstrate an interest or ability in working in a multicultural / multiethnic environment. A background check (including a criminal records check) must be completed satisfactorily before any candidate can be offered a position with the UAS. Failure to satisfactorily complete the background check may affect the application status of applicants or the continued employment of current UAS employees who apply for the position.
