Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Stock supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and beverages.
- Help with bussing tables and clearing away empty glasses and dishes.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs.
- Support the kitchen staff as needed during busy periods or special events.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial.
- Experience in food service or catering environments is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons and team members.
