Position Summary
The project Manager will lead regulatory projects for the EFM team, focusing on the annual Swift messaging release and Customer Security Programme (CSP). This role emphasises cross-team collaboration, timely project milestone delivery, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Swift Messaging Release
- Manage the annual project lifecycle, following a waterfall approach: requirements, design, development, and testing.
- Customer Security Programme (CSP)
- Oversee CSP management, attestations, and programme changes as needed.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Align with over 150 internal and external teams to drive milestone completion.
- Management Reporting
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders for visibility on status.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5-10 years in senior project/program management (swift/banking experience preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management; JIRA and Confluence familiarity beneficial.
- Location: Pittsburgh-based, with a 3-day in-office.
