Skills :
- 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) .
- Strong experience in solutions design and architecture for ServiceNow implementations.
- Expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) .
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB .
- Proven ability to design and implement integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of best practices in ServiceNow architecture and performance optimization .
- Experience in environment assessment to ensure optimal ServiceNow implementation.
- Ability to travel 2-3 times per month to Princeton, NJ
