Strong exp in Platform Administration :

  • Managing ServiceNow instances
  • User and group management
  • Access control and security configuration
  • Update set management

Strong exp in Application Development :

  • UI Builder : Designing custom user interfaces
  • Flow Designer : Creating automated workflows
  • Scripting (JavaScript) : Writing custom logic for applications
  • Business Rules : Implementing business logic within applications

    • Strong exp in API Integration :

  • REST API : Interacting with external systems using REST web services
  • SOAP API : Integrating with SOAP-based systems
  • Scripting for API calls

    • Strong exp in CI / CD Pipeline Management :

  • Setting up automated build and deployment processes
  • Integrating with CI / CD tools like Jenkins
  • Version control (Git)

    • Strong DevOps Concepts :

  • Continuous Integration (CI)
  • Continuous Delivery (CD)
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Automated testing
