Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage highcomplexity IT projects within the health department.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle including initiation planning execution monitoring and closure.
Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including solution architects cloud architects and DevOps engineers.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Manage project risks issues and changes to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Coordinate with the helpdesk team to ensure smooth project implementation and support.
Implement ITSM best practices and manage ITSM projects.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor project performance.
Ensure compliance with health department regulations and standards.
Work in a pressured environment handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Provide oversight for a team of approximately 12 individuals.
Manage large budgetrelated projects.
Work with internal and external partners and internal teams.
Work very closely with the PMO office to ensure compliance with PMO guidelines.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and higher executive staff providing regular status reports to all audiences.
