Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified Qualified Mental Health Professional-Community Service (QMHP-CS) to support our clients in Richmond, TX. This role requires a dedicated professional with at least 2 years of experience working with high-needs, crisis clients. Your role would include being present at the group to provide treatment services and support to clients and guardians. The ideal candidate will be a master’s-level QMHP or be a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) who can provide on-site support.
Responsibilities:
· Provide a full range of treatment services including, case management, skills training, medication management.
· Provide crisis intervention and support to clients at the group home.
· Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
· Utilize trauma-informed care practices and de-escalation techniques.
· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
Key Requirements:
· Master’s-level QMHP or LPC-A licensure.
· Experience working with crisis clients.
· Availability to work evenings as needed.
· Strong background in trauma-informed care and de-escalation techniques.
· Ability to provide on-site support at the group home.
Educational Requirements:
