SCHEDULE: 40 hours a week over 5 days. Hours are 9am - 5:30pm daily. Schedule is currently planned as Monday-Friday with weekends off.
PAY: Paid Bi-Monthly: $30 per hour plus Booking Bonus based on number of room blocks booked. --- Paid Quarterly: Commission based on total sales. --- Performance Bonuses are also available.

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Resort Room Block Sales Executive. In this role, you will solely be responsible for selling group room blocks to drive revenue for the resort. This role is a 100% outbound prospecting role primarily targeting travel agencies, destination management companies, and professional associations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Contracting:
- Promote and sell room block packages to group clients, tailoring offerings to meet their specific needs.
- Actively seek new group sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and partnerships.
- Negotiate and prepare proposals and execute contracts for group room blocks in compliance with resort policies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the main point of contact for group organizers, providing personalized service and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Coordinate with clients to finalize room block details, including room assignments, payment schedules, and special requests.
- Build and maintain relationships with repeat and potential clients to encourage future bookings.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with the resort's operations, front desk, and events teams to ensure group requirements are communicated and executed effectively.
- Monitor room block usage and provide updates to clients on reservations and availability.
- Address any issues or changes promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of group bookings, contracts, and communications in the resort’s sales system.
- Prepare regular reports on group sales performance and projections for management review.
- Ensure all billing and payment processes are completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience and a successful sales track record in driving revenue solely with group sales is required.
- Existing relationships with travel agencies, destination management companies and other professional associates is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Opera and Google Suite is required.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required by client needs.
