Summary :
The Financial Analyst is responsible for collaborating with business leadership across the firm to develop detailed project plans and timelines in order to facilitate the execution of strategic goals. Key to this role is the ability to develop, analyze, and report on internal business models. The Financial Analyst will work directly with Senior Analysts and Business Managers to prepare written reports, modeling, and presentations to facilitate strategic decision making. Initial projects will focus on the Sales and Distribution function.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Analyze and report on both internal and external financial product distribution data and business cycle developments.
- Participate in proprietary collaborative research projects, which may include survey work and ad-hoc modeling as well as work with subject matter experts, data science, and product specialists.
- Initial focus will be on the Sales and Distribution function, modeling territory analysis, sales team best practices, client coverage models, incentive structure impact, and distribution trends.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications :
For New York City Applicants only : The expected annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000. The selected candidate salary is based on numerous factors such as, but not limited to work experience, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, skill level, and geographic location. This is the current estimate of the base salary range intended for this role at the time of this posting. The base salary range may be modified in the future. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
