Primary Responsibilities : Digital Property Management : Manage Calamos' digital properties, including website, intranet, and marketing engagement platforms. Design user experience (UX) and apply optimizations to enhance functionality and user satisfaction.IT Partnership : Collaborate closely with IT teams on marketing tech stack selection and performance. Take ownership of UX design and functionality to ensure seamless user experiences.Campaign Planning and Execution : Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns using a range of strategies to drive visibility and engagement. Leverage paid and earned strategies, such as advertising and social media, to increase Calamos' visibility.SEO and SEM : Utilize SEO analytics and SEM techniques to increase website traffic and convert leads effectively.Content Development and Deployment : Develop, curate, and deploy content created by Calamos subject matter experts (SMEs) to attract, engage, and retain customers. Ensure content is aligned with the overall digital marketing strategy.Data Analysis and Optimization : Utilize data and analytics to inform the development, execution, and measurement of digital marketing initiatives. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.Budget Management : Ensure strategic alignment of budget allocations to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) for digital marketing initiatives.Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Lead cross-departmental initiatives to integrate digital strategies with overall marketing and business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize impact.Technology Evaluation and Adoption : Evaluate and champion emerging technologies and digital marketing trends. Introduce tolls and platforms that provide a competitive edge and enhance digital marketing capabilities.Reporting and Insights : Develop data-driven reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights to support decision-making.Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing or Digital Marketing.Minimum of 15 years' experience in digital marketing with a strong preference of experience within the financial sector.Excellent leadership and communication skills required.Must be able to evaluate changing organizational requirements and adjust marketing strategies as appropriate.PC skills in Microsoft Office applications.
For Illinois and New York Applicants only : The expected annual base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000. The selected candidate salary is based on numerous factors such as, but not limited to work experience, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, skill level, and geographic location. This is the current estimate of the base salary range intended for this role at the time of this posting. The base salary range may be modified in the future. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
