Summary :
The VP, Senior Wealth Advisor is the primary contact for Calamos Wealth Management clients and liaison to the Portfolio Management team. This role coordinates all Wealth Management services, focusing on building long-term, trusting relationships with clients and their advisors, while also seeking new client opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities :
Business Development
- Develop and maintain HNW opportunities with prospects and client's advisors (e.g., attorneys, CPAs)
- Attend seminars and client functions to promote firm capabilities
- Generate new ideas for proactive business development in the high-net-worth space
- Participate in industry groups and non-profit events to expand networking opportunities
Investment Communication and Strategy
Client Relationship Management
Preferred Qualifications :
Education and Certifications
Bachelor's degree required in business or related discipline; MBA preferred
Series 65 required; CFP or other related certification preferred
Experience and Skills
For Illinois Applicants only : The expected annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. The selected candidate salary is based on numerous factors such as, but not limited to work experience, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, skill level, and geographic location. This is the current estimate of the base salary range intended for this role at the time of this posting. The base salary range may be modified in the future. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
