Responsibilities:
* Review the current Trade Finance operation process
* Review functionality and behavior in the new software referring to its user manual and touching its prototype
* Conduct gap analysis and suggest possible solutions to fill the gaps, and finalize the new operation flow
* Review business requirement document and function spec document provided by the vendor
* Create function test scripts
* Facilitate communication with business users
Skill/Experience
* Professional knowledge and experience related to trade finance operations
* Knowledge sufficient to engage in discussions with operational staff.
* Understanding of the basic features and structure of applications used in trade finance operations.
* Experience in administrative process design
* Advanced communication skill
