Position:Industrial Data Analyst/Engineer
JOB REF#:
Duration:12 Months (On-going Contract)
Location:ONSITE - Georgetown, KY 40324
Pay Rate:$40.00 per hour (W2 Only)
**This role is 100% ONSITE (Ideally looking for LOCAL candidates or you MUST be willing to relocate at your own expense) **
Seeking to hire a Data-driven professionals who enjoy problem-solving, automation, and working with industrial data to drive continuous improvement in automotive manufacturing and operations.
Business Technology leader in a department of 100 diverse technical team members and assist team members to work with Information Technology and Digital Engineering departments:
Engage with department executives, management, engineers and technicians to create data-driven apps to improve safety, quality, schedule and cost
Utilize existing IT infrastructure to create systems and platforms: Leverage Sharepoint, Onedrive, and Teams
Develop, create and maintain low-code/no-code applications built using MS Power Platforms, including PowerBI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
Create visually simple reports from complex multi-source datasets
Manage and report data to stakeholders frequently to support business decisions & Kaizen.
Connect business systems like SAP/Ariba and Tebis-Proleis with Power Platform to maximize manufacturing insights
SharePoint site development & maintenance
Manage and track software license needs within the department
Interface with corporate and divisional IT groups
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Experience providing data analysis, visualization, and reporting, including dashboard creation
Experience creating data applications using citizen development tools, such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps
Experience creating dashboards and managing data using Power BI, SQL, and SharePoint
Experience using Microsoft Excel (Advanced Skills), creating V-LOOKUPS, pivot tables, and formulas
Experience programming in at least ONE of these programming languages: XML, Python, R, Java, and/or C
Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and team player
Education: Associates Degree or higher (prefer business analyst, computer science, engineering)
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
10% TRAVEL to other facilities, including Canada and Mexico
DESIRED SKILLS/NICE TO HAVE:
Catia or other 3D CAD/CAM software knowledge
Experience with SAP/Ariba
Experience working in an industrial environment
