Position:Jr. Analyst $20.00

Location:ONSITE - Nashville, TN 37243
Pay Rate:$20.00 (W2) or $23.00 (INC) per hour
SHIFT: MON-FIR 8AM - 5:00PM
This role is 100% ONSITE (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)
Business Analyst will support the deployment of Information Technology consistent with the architectural frameworks, based upon the information sharing, data integration and network interoperability is the basis for effective and efficient service delivery.
Project Environment: Multi-tier (mainframe, departmental/mid level, and desktop) computing the use of internet and intranet to facilitate service delivery of electronic data interchange; imaging; data warehousing; and geographic information systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Analyze and document business requirements and processes related to public sector service delivery for a single or multiple related agencies.
Formulate alternative solutions to satisfy these requirements, which may involve business process reengineering, and/or the deployment of information technology.
Plan and/or conduct end user training for new applications.
Prepare cost benefit analyses according to CBA methodology.
Develop and/or oversee plans for the execution of a solution from project inception to conclusion.
Construct data models and activity/process models as may be required to define system functions.
Provide support for the installation, testing, data conversion, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of information systems.
Conduct and document the results of special studies dealing with systems and/or business process issues.
Facilitate sessions to gather and document requirements and explore solutions.
Superior negotiating, analytical, group facilitation, and relationship management skills.
Work effectively with all levels of staff from clerical through agency executive management, including skillful interviewing capabilities.
Provide hands-on Data Modeling and Process Modeling when needed.
Understand current information technology with an ability to conceptualize solutions to business problems in the most effective and cost-efficient manner.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
2 years of experience relevant experience
Experience integrating solutions across multiple functional and technical environments
Possess superior organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
Education: BA or BS degree is required
