Position:SCM Program/Project Manager

Must be able to work ONSITE, able to work 3 days a week in-office or more if needed.
Seeking to hire a Sr. Program/Project Manager to manage the implementation of multiple parts-system projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Work with Business/IT teams, such as Business Data Owners, Data Stewards, Technical Data Stewards, Catalog Architects, Platform Owners, and Project/Product Managers
IMPLEMENT Data Quality rules, metadata ingestion, profiling, sampling, reports, and Data Governance dashboards.
Establishes/implements project management processes and methodologies for the IT community and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget.
Manage teams through all phases of cycle development, including analysis, project design and development, testing periods, installation and final delivery.
Responsible for assembling project plans, team work assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources.
Ability to lead meetings, gain consensus, and take and distribute meeting minutes.
Strong vendor management skills. Some projects will have work outsourced to onshore and offshore resources.
Identify complex risks, lead reviews, create risk mitigation and implement action plans.
Manages one or more cross functional projects of high complexity.
Strong facilitator - Ability to reach across to other teams to ensure project deliverables are delivered on time.
Responsible for the management of one or more medium to large sized, moderately to highly complex projects
Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
Manage project scope and changes
Manage and control project cost and schedule.
Set and continually manage project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders
Demonstrated communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate ideas.
Proven leadership skills.
Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects and priorities.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
TOP SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:
Experiences: Implementing large scale end-to-end SUPPLY CHAIN SYSTEMS (CMS) (i.e. Blue Yonder) with Mainframe integrations, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Strong Leadership: Oversee and manage multiple complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole. Ability to quickly learn and understand the project scope in order to manage/control project cost and schedule.
Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to stakeholders, system integrators, and multiple IT teams. Ability to lead/facilitate meetings, gain
consensus, and create clear meeting minutes and action items. Attention to granular details is a must.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently to manage project schedule and activities.
Risk Management: Proficient in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to prevent potential issues and develop proactive strategies for project success.
Strong Presentation: Adept at creating and delivering compelling presentations to communicate project objectives and statcheckpoints to all levels of the organization.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
7 years as a Project/Program Manager (Must have job titles in both), implementing programs and creating project plans, monitoring progress, resource usage, quality and budgets.
Experience implementing large scale end-to-end SUPPLY CHAIN system (i.e. Blue Yonder) with Mainframe integrations, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Experience implementing Data Quality rules, metadata ingestion, profiling, sampling, reports, and Data Governance dashboards.
In-depth knowledge of SOX compliance requirements and experience implementing SOX controls.
Experience managing large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole
Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
Experienced in project management disciplines, using Waterfall, Agile/Scrum methodologies/processes.
Strong presentation skills with experience with providing project updates with all levels of the organization.
EDUCATION: Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
DESIRED SKILLS:
Highly Desired experience with SUPPLY CHAIN processes, including Inventory Management, Order Processing, and Distribution center operations
Certifications: Project Management PMP certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
