Provide technical expertise on Splunk and Cribl
Provide senior level engineering support for projects including design, implementation, testing, and support for new deployments, expansions, environment refresh and upgrades; this includes troubleshooting customer environments
Work with the engineering teams to successfully implement Splunk and Cribl solutions
Assist with the planning, design, and implementation of Splunk dashboard and alert development
Provide support for security incident response and alerting from Splunk
Lead technical discussions to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Provide peer reviews of implementations, configurations, and documentation for team members
Assists other team members with deployment or best practices
Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of new and emerging technologies
Obtain vendor-related certifications to enhance professional development
