Pay Rate:$70.00 - $75.00 per hour (W2 ONLY)

This role is 100% ONSITE (Must be LOCAL or willing to RELOCATE at your own expense)

Java Back-end Developer will part of the new project, being a core integral part of Financial Services team, responsible for the entire life-cycle of feature delivery, including coding, unit testing, functional testing, and deployment to production. These candidates will have experienced software developers with a robust background in Java and the Spring Framework. Proficiency in relational databases is essential, along with cloud experience, preferably with AWS. You will be instrumental in developing the next generation of Financial Services' core platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Responsible for the entire lifecycle of feature delivery, including coding, unit testing, functional testing, and deployment to production.
Design, develop and maintain Java applications
Write well designed, testable and efficient code
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the best practices for software development
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
Participate in scrum ceremonies

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
** ALL candidates will be required to pass a Java, Cloud Services and Relational DB (SQL Server/NoSQL) test**
** Must be LOCAL or willing to relocate at your own expense, able to work onsite day 1**
** Must be authorized to work as W2 Employee, NO C2C or INCs will be accepted)**

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:
Java back-end Developer 7 years
Spring Framework (Springboot) 5 years
Cloud experience 2 years (AWS preferred) with any cloud services
Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience designing and building event based MicroServices
Experience using Junit for testing
Excellent communication skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree

DESIRED:
Experience building and deploying cloud native apps preferably AWS.
Experience with Domain Driven Design
Strong design pattern fundamentals
Experience in Financial Services industry
