Location: Plano/ San Antonio area, Texas or Greensborough/Raleigh area NC,
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days on site a week, or as needed)
Responsibilities:
- Security Design & Implementation:** Develop and execute comprehensive security strategies for Windows devices, integrating advanced tools like Microsoft Defender and event log analysis.
- OT Security Collaboration:** Partner with enterprise teams to design and deploy security solutions tailored for Windows-based operational technology (OT) devices.
- Cross-Functional Communication:** Translate complex security concepts into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Threat Intelligence & Adaptation:** Stay ahead of emerging threats and implement best practices to strengthen the security posture of Windows environments.
- Policy Development:** Contribute to the creation and enforcement of security policies and standards for Windows systems.
- Problem Solving:** Identify and resolve technical challenges to ensure seamless, secure implementation of Windows solutions.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- A track record of designing and deploying enterprise-level Windows security solutions.
- Experience securing Windows OT environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with industry conferences or communities to share insights and drive security innovation.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Expertise in Windows Security:** Deep knowledge of Windows architecture, security frameworks, and best practices.
- Microsoft Tools Proficiency:** Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, event log analysis, and related security technologies.
- Communication Skills:** Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Analytical Problem-Solving:** Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex security challenges.
Other Skills:
