Join our IT Workday Support team as a Workday Security Administrator to work with our respected large enterprise client. This role provides an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Workday security to design and implement robust security measures, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance across multiple Workday modules.

Workday Security Experience Required
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of Workday security within HCM, Payroll, and Financials modules.
Design and implement security measures that protect company data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Configure and administer Workday domain security policies, business process security policies, authentication, mobile access policies, and the assignment of role-based security, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity in all tenants.
Monitor security logs, perform audits, and proactively prevent unauthorized access.
Provide tier-2 support for Workday user accounts and troubleshoot security-related issues.
Stay updated on Workday security updates and new features, managing the implementation of necessary changes.
Collaborate with IT teams to support Workday integrations and ensure seamless security management.
Participate in the development, implementation, configuration, and testing of Workday modules.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding information being processed, stored, or accessed.
Work closely with stakeholders to define security requirements and translate them into effective security configurations.
Validate and load security or organization-related EIBs to support ongoing system needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (BA / BS) or equivalent experience and 5 years of related work experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in Workday security.
Strong understanding of user profiles, roles, permissions, and security configurations.
Knowledge of data privacy standards and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in analyzing and constructing custom reports tailored to specific business needs, including filters, prompts, and multiple business objects.
Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and Financials modules.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage both planned and unplanned responsibilities effectively.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, execute tasks independently, and deliver timely follow-ups and resolutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office at a mid-level or higher.
