**Customer-Oriented Sales Representative**
We are looking for a dedicated sales representative to join our team at Calaso USA Inc. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our clients, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively navigate our CRM and ERP systems. You will be proactive in identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our products, and have a strong understanding of our company's values and mission.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and convert inbound leads into new customers.
- Build trust and sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.
- Meet personal and team sales and customer service targets.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents within Salesforce.
- Prepare sample orders for potential new customers.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8 hours/day (8am-5pm PT)
