An applicant offered employment, who does not complete the requirements and obtain the RBT Credential before the end of their probationary period shall be released.An individual offered employment as an RBT will have the option to participate in a training program sponsored by CCOE that will be conducted by a BCBA based on the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Task List and designed to meet the 40-hour training requirement for the RBT credential. The program will be offered independent of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- OBTAINING THE RBT CREDENTIAL : To obtain the RBT Credential, applicants must be 18 years of age, possess a minimum of a high school diploma or national equivalent, complete 40 hours of training, complete a criminal background check, pass the RBT Competency Assessment, and pass the RBT exam.
- Applications submitted without required documents may not be considered for an interview.
