This is the third of three levels in the Part Time Series.
Incumbents provide support to a department or function. Responsibilities may include working on special projects; conducting research; telephone support; providing customer service; running reports; entering data; sorting documents; and operating standard office equipment.(The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed. This position does not require supervisory responsibilities.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.); and currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college or university pursuing an advanced degree; or a recent college or university graduate with experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
LICENSING REQUIREMENTS
Valid Driver's License as per State law or requirement.

- Manages minor projects in assigned area of responsibility.
- Researches, analyzes, and documents solutions in an independent and timely manner.
- Collaborates to create documents and/or programs.
- Prepares and assists with presentations.
- Participates in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Shadows employees and managers to gain professional experience.
- Managing minor projects in assigned area of responsibility.
- Files documents alphabetically, numerically, or by other prescribed methods in established filing systems.
- Prepares, reviews, and/or processes a variety of correspondence, logs, information, paperwork, invoices, forms, and/or other related information in assigned area of responsibility.
- Runs standard reports in assigned area of responsibility.
- Performs routine administrative tasks.
- Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
