Key Job Responsibilities (Duties may include, but are not limited to the following)
- Omnichannel Execution: Responsible for day-to-day implementation and execution of sophisticated omnichannel programming, under supervision from SVP, Integrated Strategy. Requires direct client interaction, including meeting leadership
- Ecosystem & Journey Mapping: Create and maintain detailed customer journey and engagement maps, representative of all tactics/channels in market, investment, data sources, and triggers for optimization
- Vendor/Partner Evaluation: Work with internal and external teams to make strategic recommendations on the right omnichannel media and execution partners (e.g., why would one choose Pulsepoint vs. DeepIntent?)
- Organizational Excellence: Committed to clear strategic documentation and ongoing adherence to process and templates, with willingness to adapt to clients’ individual needs and preferences.
- Analytics & Optimization: Work closely with the data & analytics team to define and track towards KPIs, both measuring and optimizing performance
- Long-Term Planning: Support the development of omnichannel vision, strategy, and roadmaps for clients in all lifecycle stages, of all sizes.
- Internal Partnership: Collaborate closely with Integrated Strategy, UX, and Technology & Solutions teams.
- 5 years in omnichannel, CX, analytics, or engagement roles within the pharmaceutical marketing/advertising space, including 2 years of experience in omnichannel execution.
- Experience on at least one drug launch or label update
- Expertise in HCP marketing, including CRM/RM, HCP-native platforms, HCP media partners, and the sales/marketing interplay
- Expert knowledge of the latest healthcare marketing vendors, partners, and data solutions, with ability to make strategic partnership recommendations to clients.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in how AI/ML can be utilized to accelerate and automate omnichannel planning and execution
- Expert command of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to own day-to-day work and deliverables without close managerial supervision
- Proven ability to collaborate across disciplines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining focus on execution and optimization
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovative thinking
