Key Job Responsibilities (Duties may include, but are not limited to the following)
Strategic Data Research & Insights
- Conduct health data–driven research to support brand planning and business development, including trends, journeys, and competitive intelligence.
- Aggregate and synthesize data from platforms like Datamonitor, SEMrush, Brandwatch, HealthVerity, and others.
- Collaborate with Social and Market Access teams to enrich insights across patient, HCP, and payer behavior.
- Deliver concise data reports & insights to guide internal and client strategy.
- Apply AI to real-world marketing use cases such as personalization, journey design, and content targeting.
- Support performance tracking, CRM segmentation, and predictive modeling across brand campaigns.
- Contribute to internal AI tools, including managing training data for generative experiences, driving training and action for brands.
- Collaborate with innovation and tech teams to build AI-driven tools like dashboards, prediction models, and CRM intelligence layers.
- Assist in training and testing ML models using healthcare-specific data (claims, EHR, behavioral).
- Support proof-of-concept pilots to demonstrate impact and usability of AI products.
- Develop and deliver insights through clear, data-led presentations for internal and client teams.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney) for charting, content creation, and visualization.
- Visualize insights via Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, and similar platforms.
- Expert in PowerPoint, able to turn data into compelling executive narratives.
Job Qualifications (Skills/Requirements)
- 3–5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, marketing research, or AI/CRM analytics (agency or healthcare/pharma environment preferred)
- Proficient in data research platforms (Datamonitor, Kantar, Clarivate, Brandwatch, SEMrush, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, HCP behavior data, and privacy-compliant analytics
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts and applications in marketing and audience segmentation
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
- Experience translating data into stories that influence strategic decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Public Health, Marketing Analytics, or related field (Master’s or certification in AI/ML a plus)
