Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse. Duties
- Perform picking and packing of orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer demands.
- Load and unload products from trucks and containers, ensuring safe handling practices are followed.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as cranes and RF scanners to assist in inventory management.
- Maintain organization within the warehouse by following proper storage procedures and labeling systems.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety standards set by OSHA.
- Assist in inventory counts and audits as required, ensuring accuracy in stock levels.
- Support order picking processes by preparing items for shipment according to company guidelines.
Skills
- Proficiency in picking and packing techniques with attention to detail.
- Experience operating cranes or other warehouse machinery is preferred.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanning technology.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting or as an order picker is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.46 - $20.10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
