Entry-Level Accountant
Open to Locations throughout Ohio

We are looking to hire an entry-level accountant to support our client in the Ohio area. This is a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in a high-demand skillset! You will be provided with additional technical training and professional mentorship to help you grow into a SME and diversify accounting skillset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Support the finance team with audits and tax filings.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driven Personality, passion for learning, and enthusiasm.
- Prior internship experience is a plus.
