Program Manager, Sustainability

Our Tech Client's Worldwide Sustainability organization is seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives that advance our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policies and practices across business units.
In this role, you will work at the cutting edge of our client's sustainability initiatives, supporting our long-term worldwide sustainability strategy, including our reporting obligations and our commitment to reach net-zero carbon across global operations by 2040 as part of The Climate Pledge.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and deliver cross-organizational sustainability programs and initiatives that drive operational and reporting alignment and accelerate ESG efforts across our client's businesses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from various business units to align on ESG policies, identify opportunities, and implement programs that promote reporting and compliance objectives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis, identify risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership on ESG programs and practices.
- Influence and drive adoption of sustainability best practices across multiple organizations, navigating complex environments and competing business priorities.
- Monitor and report on program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in sustainability, environmental management, or related fields, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives in large organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep into technical details while maintaining a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving initiatives to completion.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau).
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive environmental and social impact
Salary : $60 - $68
