Change Implementation Consultant II

Hybrid – Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite)

12-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours / week)

Pay Rate : $33-34 / hr.

Calculated Hire is in search of a Change Implementation Consultant II (Financial Business Analyst) for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components :

Job Description :

  • You will play a key role in the implementation, customization, and optimization of solutions for our clients, guiding them through the process using Agile best practices. As an expert in JIRA, you'll help streamline project management processes, ensure smooth collaboration across teams, and drive the successful delivery of projects.
  • Agile Project Delivery : Lead the implementation of Agile practices and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) in client environments, ensuring successful adoption and continuous improvement.
  • JIRA Administration & Customization : Configure, customize, and manage JIRA instances to support project workflows, issue tracking, and reporting according to client needs.
  • Process Optimization : Analyze and recommend improvements to existing Agile processes and JIRA configurations, ensuring higher productivity and better team collaboration.
  • Apply project management methodology to facilitate complex implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems. Identify, and provide effective training methods.
  • Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities.
  • Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance.

Required Qualifications :

  • 2 years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • Agile Expertise : In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), including hands-on experience in leading Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
  • JIRA Proficiency : Strong expertise in JIRA software, including project setup, board configuration, user permission management, and advanced reporting.
  • Problem Solving : Ability to identify complex challenges and develop practical solutions to drive project success.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaboration : Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders.
