Hybrid – Charlotte, NC; Roanoke, VA

Calculated Hire is in search of a Business Execution Consultant with strong Loan IQ expertise for our Fortune 100 Financial Services client. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting the transition from Syndications to Bilateral loans within the Loan IQ platform.
Job Description :
- Serve as a Loan IQ SME , guiding stakeholders through conversion and transition processes.
- Work between Tech and Product teams to define requirements and implement roadmap changes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze impacts on operations, validate functionality, and ensure smooth adoption.
- Support Loan IQ integration at a large commercial bank, ensuring best practices and compliance standards are met.
- Engage in requirement gathering, process documentation, and change management efforts.
- Provide critical analysis, test validation, and workflow alignment to enhance operational efficiency.
