Project Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Technical & Functional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management and workflow tools (e.g., HIVE preferred - Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Smartsheet)
- Understanding of capacity planning, resourcing, and project forecasting methodologies
- Ability to analyze workflows and introduce process improvements
- Knowledge of creative production processes, including design, copywriting, and development
Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate roadblocks and resolve issues proactively
- Excellent communication and change management skills to ensure clear messaging across teams
- You facilitate conversations and make people talk to each other and eliminate ambiguity. You are curious and seek to understand the why behind decisions and guidance from the team and clients.
- High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Adaptability to reassess and refine processes as the agency evolves

Administrative & Operational Responsibilities:
- Experience with onboarding and managing freelance resources
- Ability to maintain and update documentation, decision logs, and workflow guidelines
- Skilled in coordinating meetings and handling administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- You've spent the last 2-5 years at a creative agency, managing projects or accounts. People speak highly of your ability to manage the details and communicate in a way that helps solve problems and make things happen.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency
- Experience in HIVE is a plus
- An ability to think creatively, strategically and quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking
- Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multitask and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, and 4-6 years' experience in paid search; or equivalent combination of education and experience
