Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workforce development or project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on project goals and client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement workforce development programs and initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Conduct workshops, training programs, and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and make strategic decisions.
• Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
• Utilize computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database management systems to support project activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, organizational development, workforce development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce development or project management.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in computer software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and database management systems.
• Experience in conducting workshops, training programs, and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze data and use data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness and make strategic decisions.
