Calculated Hire is looking for a reliable and friendly Receptionist to work with one of our public sector clients in Lexington, KY. They are a community-based office that puts an emphasis on excellent service and positive interactions.
Minimum qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED
Strong customer service skills.
Proficient computer skills, ability to pick up on new computer programs quickly.
Desired candidate will have :
Communication skills to converse clearly over the telephone and in person.
Organization and time management to manage a variety of tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail to input correct consumer information.
Technological skills, such as using word processing programs, case management systems, and spreadsheet programs to track data.
Interpersonal skills to interact positively with consumers who may be upset or stressed.
Ability to handle sensitive medical and / or personal information.
Additional Requirements :
Valid driver’s license.
Must submit to drug and background screen. .
