Summary:
This role is responsible for supporting all 3 functions of our team: organic social media, e-com, and brand partnerships, with the objective of driving brand love and cultural relevance for our client, as well as our other family of brandss
Key Duties:
SOCIAL MEDIA:
- Manage the social content calendar (via Sprinklr and Trello), including planned content placeholders as well as scheduled posts across brands, tagging posts by product/campaign
- Publish any manual posts (incl. TikTok static carousel and Stories), along with in-app edits and music
- Social listen and monitor the social media landscape to identify trends and culture moments where our brands can make an impact. Identify risks that need to be managed in collaboration with our corporate communications/PR team.
- Understand our social media audiences and use consumer insights to drive our community management activities (on and off page), including responding to comments, commenting on tagged posts, sending swag to brand fans, reactive posts, and other activities.
- Review all social content to ensure it passes the "vibe check", and make recommendations for content or copy edits.
- Source/organize UGC approvals to add to our Slurpee UGC library
- Collaborate with multiple agency partners to project manage planned content development, reviews, and approvals
- POC for Sprinklr social listening platform, managing reporting cadence and any Ad-Hoc reporting/dashboard requests
- Manage all store approval requests with operations/field team, for any social shoots (owned, influencer or brand partners)
- Track/update influencer roster list and post list (to quantify total reach/impressions)
- Influencer and brand partner vetting (to ensure partners are a good brand fit)
E-COM:
- Work with Craftwork and ECom lead to draft marketing briefs and coordinate marketing support for new collections, including social, email, push notifications, web, and app support
- Facilitate eCom asset approvals with vendors, artists, collaborators, and legal teams as needed.
- Organize and archive assets, maintaining a structured and accessible system
-eCom Trello Calendar management (in coordination with social calendar)
- Work with Corp-Comm/PR team to regularly showcase eCom drops, content and employee discounts to the internal organization.
- Review and approve creative assets for internal use, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Fulfill all internal orders with Craftworks, including influencers, creators, internal/exec requests, and all other promotional product needs.
Salary : $20 - $24
