Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Trainer to lead the training and development strategy for teams utilizing the Loan IQ platform at our financial services client. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, driving system adoption, and aligning training initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Loan IQ , lending operations, and commercial loan servicing, coupled with the ability to develop strategic training solutions that enhance workforce performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Training & Development Strategy :
- Develop and implement a strategic training framework that aligns with business objectives and operational goals.
- Design training programs that maximize efficiency, system adoption, and process optimization for Loan IQ users.
- Partner with business leaders, SMEs, and IT teams to ensure training content aligns with broader organizational strategies.
- Stay ahead of Loan IQ updates and industry trends , proactively integrating best practices into training methodologies.
Training Delivery & Execution :
Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions (virtual and in-person) tailored to different business units, including Loan Operations, Credit, and Risk teams .Create comprehensive training materials such as manuals, job aids, e-learning modules, and FAQs to support ongoing learning.Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting to Loan IQ users, ensuring seamless system adoption.Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement :
Develop KPIs and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.Conduct post-training evaluations and feedback analysis to refine and enhance training strategies.Support change management initiatives , ensuring smooth transitions during system updates and process improvements.Qualifications & Experience :
3 years of experience in Loan IQ training, commercial loan operations, or syndicated lending .Strong understanding of Loan IQ functionalities , including loan setup, processing, settlements, and reporting.Proven ability to develop and execute strategic training initiatives that drive system proficiency and business impact.Experience in instructional design , curriculum development, and adult learning principles.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills , with the ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly content.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and training tools such as Captivate, Articulate, or Camtasia .Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess training effectiveness and recommend improvements.Preferred Skills :
Experience with corporate training and LMS (Learning Management Systems) .Knowledge of syndicated loan structures, agency services, and credit risk .Familiarity with change management strategies and training optimization techniques .Prior experience in Wells Fargo or other large financial institutions is a plus.
