Calculated Solutions Group is seeking a skilled and dedicated Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy machinery on construction sites or in a manufacturing environment and will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, etc...
- Load and unload materials
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery, including but not limited to bulldozers, backhoes, loaders, etc...
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations is highly desirable.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.

- Loader operation: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- Heavy Equipment Operator Certification (Preferred)
