What are the responsibilities and job description for the Math Tutor position at Calculating Minds Math Learning Center?
We are looking for an energetic teacher/tutor who enjoys working with students of all ages. Retired math teachers highly valued! Applicants for this position must be able to teach high school level math. Experience is a plus, but not required. Flexibility with scheduling is also very important! On the job, you will have fun with games and interactive activities while reinforcing math concepts. We have students from Preschool age through High School. We are specifically interested in finding someone who feels competent tutoring math students from elementary age through high school math. However, upper level math is a must for this position. Our tutors average 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Hours will build gradually.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
