Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all patrons, employees, and company assets.
- Assist in transporting money and chips.
- Control access to restricted areas.
- React to patron and employee incidents and accidents.
- Monitor patron and employee passage in and out of the casino.
- Report safety hazards.
- Answer incoming calls and direct calls or answer patron questions.
- Operate a company vehicle and/or equipment that require a valid Driver's License.
Standards of Performance
- Maintain interpersonal working relationships among all personnel.
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of the Emergency Disaster Plan Manual.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid gaming license or ability to obtain gaming license.
