Pay Range: $28 DOE

What you will do:

- Works alongside the Admissions Director to complete and file all necessary Admissions paperwork
- Coordinates Medicaid paperwork with residents
- Coordinate and implement all payer source changes into PCC
- AR and Collections tasks
- Manage Resident Trust account
- Answer and transfer incoming phone calls
- Billing (Medicare, Medicaid, Private insurance, etc)
Must have:
- Long term care experience preferred, particularly in an Accounts Receivable, admissions support or business office setting
- Previous experience in billing various medical insurances REQUIRED
- Knowledge of the Medicaid and Medicare Processes REQUIRED
- Ability to organize, plan and work autonomously
- Education or experience sufficient to meet position requirements
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to relate positively, effectively and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers and other facility staff
- Possess special interest in, and a positive attitude about, working with long-term care residents
