If yes, how you will contribute to the team:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. Under the direction of a licensed nurse, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care, essential to caring for the personal needs and comfort of our residents. This includes but not limited to:
- Assisting resident with or performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL);
- Assisting resident with ambulation and transfers;
- Assist licensed nurse with treatments and procedures as needed;
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information
- Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment
- Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their loved ones.

Must Have:
- Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.
- Current CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Nice to Have:
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
- Nursing Assistant experience providing direct care to multiple residents
- Behavioral care/memory care experience
