Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to our patients, support our healthcare team, and ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with patient care plans and collaborate with RNs and doctors.
- Perform routine nursing duties, including wound care, vital signs monitoring, and patient assessments.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license in Washington or Compact State License
- 0-30 years of nursing experience (new graduates are welcome to apply!).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills for electronic health records.
